AbstractAbstract
[en] Experimental studies using proton linear accelerator were conducted to investigate formation peculiarities of acoustic radiation occurring at interaction of proton pulsed beam with solid-body targets and its space-time structure. Studies were conducted within wide range of energy, pulse duration and current density of charged particle beam. The parameters of the used accelerator of protons were as follows: particle energy -37.8, 72, 100 MeV; density of particle flux within the pulse - 1 x 1010 - 1.5 x 1011 fr./cm2; duration of current pulse -0.3-60 mks. The conducted experimental studies show, that sound generation in solid-state bodies, by beams of heavy charged particles is characterized by a number of peculiar features in contrast to generation in liquid-state targets. Besides, there are stable correlation bonds between parameters of charged particle beam and space-time characteristics of the generated acoustic radiation. 9 refs., 4 figs
