AbstractAbstract
[en] The pulsed microwave irradiation effect on the electric and magnetic properties of the ceramics Er Ba2 Cu3 Ox is investigated. The real (χ') and imaginary (χ'') parts of magnetic susceptibility and the resistance are measured as a function of temperature. It is shown that irradiation of ceramics by small doses (40-60 pulses) shifts Tc to higher temperatures (from 92,0 to 93,5 K). The dose increase leads to less significant Tc rise or even reduces Tc as compared to the unirradiated material. The holding of the irradiated ceramics at room temperature for 6 months induces an additional Tc shift up to about the same value 93,7-94,0 K for all the samples. The subsequent annealing at 450 deg C leads to an opposite Tc shift down to the temperatures lower than Tc for the initial (unirradiated) material
