[en] It is shown that the content of 238U and 232Th in samples of scintillating bismuth germanate crystals grown from various raw materials using various techniques is no more than (1-4) · 10-10 g/g. The content of 207Bi is approximately equal for all crystals and amounts to (3-5) · 10-16 g/g
