[en] The paper of conferences held in Japan, included in INIS database in 1982 and 1992 are analyzed. Following results were clarified. The number of proceedings in INIS database are increasing. The predominant subject fields has been changed from physics(including nuclear physics) to nuclear engineering(including reactor engineering). The publication countries are mainly Japan and the United States, accounting for more than 65 per cent in these two countries. The publication style is classified into journals, technical reports, books, and others. Then, the technical reports are more in number than other types. Especially, the case of publication in Japan, technical reports account for about 80 per cent. Most of the conference papers are included in INIS database within one year from its publication. The greater part of the proceedings have comprehensive bibliographic descriptions. (author)
