[en] The half-life of the 344.282 KeV level in ¹⁵² Gd was measured by the (γ-γ) delayed coincidence technique in the study of the decay of ¹⁵² Eu. The two sources method has been adopted for the time calibration of the whole system. In addition, the half-life of the 965.670 KeV level in ²⁰⁷ Pb was measured as a check on the experimental equipment and the method used in the measurements. The value obtained, by analyzing the time spectrum, for the half-life of the 344.282 KeV level in ¹⁵² Gd was T₁/2 36.238± 3.020 psec. Our value confirms one of the two previous measurements. From the measured half-life, the experimental reduced transition probabilities, the enhancement factor, the deformation parameter and the quadrupole moment have been extracted.5 fig
