AbstractAbstract
[en] HMPAO-d2 and Deuterium labelled esters of Cytectrenecarbonic ester with alcohols of cyclic amines were synthesized and additional labelled with Tc-99m. The organ distribution in rats showed a higher brain uptake of the cytectrene ester than HMPAO with a far higher Tc-99m concentration ratio brain/blood. The deuterated compounds showed a lower Tc-99m concentration in blood, but no higher uptake in brain. (Author)
