AbstractAbstract
[en] The present invention provides a container for removing, storing, and disposing materials which are directly handled manually, such as poisonous materials and highly radioactive materials, and the container has excellent sealing performance, leak detectability, controllability, can be re-utilized. That is, the sealing container comprises a container main body (1) for containing a package sealing hazardous materials, a lid (2) to be engaged to the container main body for sealing the package, an O-ring (3) for providing seal between the main body and the lid and, an engaging mechanism (4) for engaging the lid (2) and the package at the inside of the container main body. Then, the container main body (1) and the lid (2) are sealed by utilizing the force exerted from the container main body (1) to the lid (2) by way of the engaging mechanism (4). Further, a gas jetting mechanism is disposed to the lid (2) for filling a leak detection gas to the container main body after engagement. With such procedures, leakage of the sealed container can be detected. Further, the container main body can be reutilized by disposing a means for releasing the engaging mechanism to the outside of lid (2). (I.S.)
