AbstractAbstract
[en] Having studied in detail the preparation of the oxotechnetium(V)complex of mercaptoacetyl-triglycin (MAG3), which is an important renal function agent, the effects of shortening the peptide chain (going from MAG3 via MAG2 to MAG1) on the structure and properties of the TC complexes were investigated. Shortening the peptide chain alters the donor atom set from S N3 O to S N2 O and to S N O, which may cause a different coordination of technetium. (orig.)
