AbstractAbstract
[en] Slow positron implantation spectroscopy has been applied to the study of a set of samples of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7-x. The depth-sensitive positron response to oxygen content and preparation history is presented. An outline is given of the experimental method - solid electrolyte coulometry in carrier-gas mode - used to measure oxygen exchange for the same set of samples. (orig.)
