[en] Safety Evaluation for Packaging (SEP) provides evaluations and analysis considered necessary to approve a short-term onsite transfer campaign of transfer from the AZ tank to the Central Waste Complex (CWC). The SEP demonstrates the transfer will provide an equivalent degree of safety as would be provided by the transfer of similar packages meeting the US Department of Energy (DOE)/US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements. This fulfills onsite transportation requirements implemented by WHC-CM-2-14, Hazardous Material Packaging and Shipping
