AbstractAbstract
[en] Semiconductor alpha-spectrometer TIM-130 with the semiconductor detector is intended for measurements of activities of alpha-radiating samples prepared by radiochemical methods. The energy resolution of the spectrometer allows to identify alpha-radiation of plutonium 238 from plutonium 239 + plutonium 240 radiation. It is intended for radioecological monitoring of an environment or for control of the contents of transuranium elements in food products and agricultural raw material. The active surface area of alpha-radiation detectors is from 100 up to 500 sq.mm. The minimal energy resolution on the alpha-line of plutonium 239 (5155 keV) is equal to 45 keV. The background of the spectrometer in energy range higher 3,5 MeV is less than 6 pulses/hours. Energy measurement range is 4,0 - 7,7 MeV. Integral nonlinearity is no more than 0,3%. The maximal statistic load is 1000 pulses/s. Instability of the conversion characteristic is no more ± 0,3%. Stabilization time of an operation mode is 30 minutes. The modular design of the spectrometer (similar to alpha-chambers design of the ORTEC and CANBERRA spectrometers) allows to increase number of alpha-chambers up to 8
