[en] Multicellular tumor spheroids are cellular aggregates that can be prepared from many types of tumor cells. These three-dimensional structures provide a good model for solid tumor and the field of cell pharmacology of anticancer drugs. We plan to associate this model with the technique of micro-tomography, under development with the CENBG microbeam, in order to study the acquired multicellular mediated resistance to cisplatin. This study well be carried out using the IGROV1 adenocarcinoma cell line, a line that was previously extensively studied by our group, but cultured as a monolayer. (authors)
