[en] EDF is currently developing a methodology to integrate availability, operating experience and maintenance in the design of power plants. This involves studies that depend closely on the results and assumptions of each other about the reliability and operations of the plant. Therefore a support information system must be carefully designed. Concurrently with development of the methodology, a research oriented information system was designed and built. It is based on the database model of a logistic support repository that we tailored to our needs. (K.A.)
