[en] The purpose of the study is the evaluation of the Chernobyl impact on the spread of hemoblastoses into different regions of Moldova. The obtain results demonstrate that in 1986-1995 years in comparison to 1976-1985 years the standard incidence of neoplasms in different regions of Moldova for the men was greater to 21.7-37.7 percent and for the women - was greater to 19.4-60.8 percent. The considerable increase of morbidity was registered through the illness groups with less than 10 years old and more 60 years old. The conclusion of the study is the increasing of morbidity of the hemablastoses patients is the result both on the direct carcinogenic action of a ionization radiation and the results of a predisposed influence of a immune changes detected to the healthy persons from the investigated region of Moldova
