AbstractAbstract
[en] Model describing change of metallic resistive alloy structure under irradiation is proposed. The model takes into account that vacancies (V) and inter-nodal atoms (IA) mutually recombining and diffusing on flows or its have been trapped by impurity atoms with formation of complexes. Complexes can decay under thermal defects or join new V and IA and then transforming in flows in form of dislocation loops and pores as well as vacancies can unite in bi-vacancies. According of the model an equation of rate change of V, IA and complexes defect-impurity atom concentration is constituted. It is shown, that defects accumulation process and radiation hardening in alloys stipulates for complete functional dependence of electric resistivity from irradiation parameters
