[en] The purpose of the activity is creation of technologies and means for decontamination, processing and burial of radioactive wastes, maintenance of safe industrial activity in the contaminated territories. During researches are developed: facility for immobilization of radioactive wastes and products of decontamination with preliminary processing (concentration and hardening) of liquid low or intermediate levels radioactive wastes; a complex of the automated remote infra-red system of the fire monitoring of the forest fires; retrofit feed combine with multi fuel ecologically pure engine for work on the contaminated areas of the Gomel Region; fire extinguishing chemical agents for localization and suppression of peat (underground) fires allowing significantly to reduce the areas of burning out of peat bogs and to reduce an output of radionuclides with products of combustion and contamination of adjoining territories; the laboratory technology of the production of reagent sets for immunoferment definition of antibodies to organospecific antigens in serum and plasma blood for screening of thyroid diseases etc
