AbstractAbstract
[en] All the Dutch customers, small and large, now pay their natural gas at prices dependent on volume and on gas oil and fuel oil prices. As a result of the deregulation of the gas market, Gasunie (Dutch natural gas trading company) believes it necessary to introduce a new pricing system. As of January 1, 1999, the new system will apply to industrial bulk consumers, with separate rates for the commodity itself, for transmission and peak capacity. However, the organization of bulk consumers believes that improvements still have to be made to the new commodity and services system
