AbstractAbstract
[en] The purpose of the present work is to find an indicator that permit to evaluate objectively, that is to say through a number, the efficient accomplishment of radiological protection actions that is reflected in an improvement of the safety conditions with which is developed labor. The employed method consists of average evaluation of the individual doses received by the workers pursuing their occupations, measure in a great population, contrasted with the average of environmental dose of located monitors always in the same place. It can be employed film dosimeters, TLD, direct-reading pocket dosimeters with exposure monitor or any combination between them, provided that in the course of the time are compared always the same. Applying this method between the year 1991 to 1997, in part of Santa Fe province (Argentine), is observed that the individual dose average of the workers varies randomly and also rises and decrease unco-ordinately the environmental dose, but relating booth is arrived to a numerical value that has a comparable behavior to the objectively observed.
