AbstractAbstract
[en] The time-dependent dynamics of processes of depolymerization and auto repairing of DNA at separated and combined action of slight and intensive ionizing radiation are studied. The main result of action of ionizing radiation upon biological system is the creation of double breaks of DNA macromolecules. The force of interaction between the end-pairs of nucleotides on the opposite sites of a break is totally under control of the width of the break as well as of both nucleotides electric charge distribution and dispersion features of dielectric permeabilities of the nucleotides and intercellular salt-aqueous medium through all the range of frequencies
