AbstractAbstract
[en] We have developed a computer code to calculate both the structure and electron scattering cross sections of atomic systems, especially highly-charged ions (HCI's) by using the relativistic configuration interaction (RCI) method for the atomic structure and the relativistic distorted-wave Born (RDWB) approximation for the electron scattering. Some test calculations for the optical oscillator strengths in Ne-like systems and electron-impact excitation cross sections of H-like and He-like ions are carried out to see the effectiveness of the theory.
