[en] Different methods of introduction of tritium label into thyroxine - L-3-[4-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-diiodophenoxy)-3,5-diiodophenyl]alanine and lyothyronine - L-3-[4-(4'-hydroxy-3'-iodophenoxy)-3,5-diiodophenyl]alanine without deiodination are investigated. It is shown that isotopic exchange with tritium water in the case of thyroxine and selective dehalogenation with the use of gaseous tritium in the case of lyothyronine are the most perspective methods for preparation of the similar compounds

Исследованы различные методы введения тритиевой метки в тироксин - L-3-[4-(4'-гидрокси-3',5'-дииодфенокси)-3,5-дииодфенил]аланин и лиотиронин - L-3-[4-(4'-гидрокси-3'-иодфенокси)-3,5-дииодфенил]аланин. Наиболее перспективными методами для получения подобных соединений являются изотопный обмен с тритиевой водой в случае тироксина и селективное дегалогенирование с использованием газообразного трития в случае лиотиронинаJournal
