AbstractAbstract
[en] To understand damping in low-energy heavy-ion collisions, the concept of one-body dissipation was introduced where dissipation results from the interaction of nucleons with the time-varying mean-field. This involves a reduction of many-body system to a single-particle in an effective mean-field. It has been argued that the dissipation goes hand-in-hand with complexity of nucleonic motion, now called as chaos or non-integrability of the dynamics
