AbstractAbstract
[en] Nanoparticles are studied for many years. In the 70's already Uyeda and his group observed the symmetry of small Co and Ni particles. Since beginning of the 90's, nanostructures of carbon, BN and other materials are studies in details. Every month brings new aspects of the subject. Electron microscopy plays a major role in studying those nanomaterials. The preparation of samples is quite easy and the chemical analysis presents interesting effects. On our side, we have worked both on C and BN nanoobjects. A part of these objects has been synthesized in our laboratory: essentially hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) and some carbon nanostructures.
