[en] Beside of QCD, a new quantum theory, appearing as a limit of the Heisenberg-Schroedinger theory, is suggested. The theory is well-adopted to the description of physical phenomena at very small distances. Almost periodical functions on the momentum space underlie this theory. The functions considered on the configuration space are concentrated on countable point-like subsets. Such functions describe the point-like constituents of fundamental particles, called granules
