AbstractAbstract
[en] A 67-year-old male suffered from a pain at the anterior region of the neck, and he underwent the radiation therapy of 111.4 Gy for his laryngeal cancer 9 years ago. He developed a necrosis of skin, subcutaneous tissue and the thyroid cartilage. The infection in the necrotic tissue produced an abscess formation and fistulization of the larynx, where he received radiotherapy. It was considered the lesions as the late post-irradiation complication. (author)
