[en] Some individual carriers of genetic deficiency ( as a deterioration of DNA repair) seem to be more vulnerable to radio-induced cancers. These patients have an increased risk to develop a second cancer after irradiation. It would be interesting to take this radiosensitivity into consideration for the radiotherapy. In fact, in radiotherapy, the radiation doses are 1000 to 10 000 times higher than these ones known in radiation protection. (N.C.)
