AbstractAbstract
[en] A simple synthesis method of 18F-fluoroethylspiperone in exchange for 11C-methylspiperone, diagnostics of Parkinson's disease, was developed and an automatic synthetic reactor was made. Spiperone and 18F-CH2CH2-OTs synthesized 18F-fluoroethylspiperone. Reagents were supplied by products on the market. The automatic reactor is consisted of two units such as a turntable type reactor and HPLC operated by computer control. The parameters (temperature, time and pressure, etc.) are set by input. The amount of reagents can be determined at will. The radiochemical yield was about 15% that were less than 30% of hand-operated reactor. The main cause is evaporation of 18F-CH2CH2-OTs. (S.Y.)
