AbstractAbstract
[en] The vibrating phenomenon which takes place in the CANDU fuel channel leads to the wear at the fuel element - fuel element contact (for the spacers) and at the fuel bundle - pressure tube contact (for the bearing pads).The paper presents a possible theoretical correlation between the oscillating motion and fretting wear, proposing a law for the evolution in time of the friction coefficient.
