[en] ANKA Angstroemquelle Karlsruhe GmbH is a newly established company, founded by Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH and the state Baden-Wuerttemberg. The company operates an electron storage ring (synchrotron), which produces high-brightness X-rays for characterizing materials and fabricating microstructures. A modular service is offered by ANKA GmbH: Space at the ANKA facility for installation and operation of customer-owned laboratories, use of equipment and laboratories already installed and owned by ANKA GmbH, analyses of samples and patterning of microstructures by experts of ANKA GmbH.
