AbstractAbstract
[en] In this talk I offer a structural interpretation of the issue of transparency. Transparency requires fostering, producing and maintaining distributed dialogues and communications between those affected by ('the stakeholders') and those producing relevant expert knowledge ('the experts') and those producing related decisions ('the decision makers'). The issues raised in these dialogues will not only refer to questions of technical efficiency, but also to questions of what is right and fair and whether the decisions and their implementation reflect what society considers to be good.
