[en] The differential spectra of the electron density of extensive air showers observed by the MAKET-ANI installation of the ANI Cosmic Ray Observatory are studied. The data stems from the registration period from August 1997 to March 1999 with 2.6.106 events and the shower size range Ne ≥ 105. The investigations are focussed to a test of the Nishimura-Kamata-Greisen (NKG) lateral distribution function (LDF) at various radial distances from the shower axis. The LDF are fitted by NKG function in Greisen approximation. (orig.)
