[en] Paper presents the results of calculations and measurements of target thickness dependence of Be, B, Na and O ion distribution by charges with i0 various initial charges and V = 3.6 and 5.5 a.u.rates at scattering in celluloid and in nitrogen. Представлены результаты расчетов и измерений зависимости от толщины мишени распределений ионов Be, B, Na и O по зарядам с различными начальными зарядами i0 и скоростями V = 3,6 и 5,5 а.е. при рассеянии в целлулоиде и азоте. Исследованы отношения эффективных сечений захвата и потери электронов в твердой мишени к аналогичным величинам в азоте при изменении V от 3,6 до 10 а.е. Установлена зависимость равновесной толщины твердой и газообразной мишеней от i0Journal
