AbstractAbstract
[en] On four samples (KATS 12/14 and Premix 01/03) the viscosity was determined up to 2000 C with a rotation viscosimeter. The results are compared to earlier measurements on samples of similar composition. Original powders from the KATS- and Premix-experiments were used and characterised especially with view to the phases present (metallography, X-ray). The same was performed on the regulus. After the measurements highest cooling rates were chosen to get information from the microstructure of the regulus which allow conclusions with view to the state of the melts. Especially in the KATS-samples, where a suspension of solid Alumina particles in molten Spinel is possible, quantitative metallography was performed to get information on concentration gradients. Die Viskositaet von je zwei Proben aus den KATS- und Premix-Experimenten wurde experimentell bis zu 2000 C bestimmt. Benutzt wurde ein Rotationsviskosimeter. Die Ergebnisse wurden mit denen aus frueheren Messungen verglichen. Die Originalpulver und der Regulus aus den Viskositaetsmessungen wurden untersucht und mit Hilfe von Metallographie und Roentgenfeinstrukturuntersuchungen charakterisiert, insbesondere in Hinblick auf die Phasenzusammensetzung. Das Messsystem gestattet hoechste Abkuehlungsgeschwindigkeiten, um ueber das Gefuege des Regulus Rueckschluesse auf den Zustand der Schmelzen vornehmen zu koennen. (orig.)Primary Subject
