[en] The method of the calculation of the ionization effective cross sections differential in the incident ion scattering angle is described while both an incident ion and a target atom (or ion) have numbers of its own electrons equal to N ≤ 10. The calculated values of angular distributions of the ions Al (for different values of charge and energy of ions) after its collisions with the Ne atoms when the Ne atoms being ionized are reported. The dependence of such angular distributions on the incident ion charge and energy and the initial states of ejected electrons is investigated
