AbstractAbstract
[en] Using a new array of five iodine mercury (HgI2) semi-conductor detectors, the radiation flux and the energy spectra of X-ray in the range of 10-150 keV are measured under the condition of ohmic heating, pellet injection and ion cyclotron resonance heating (ICRH) respectively. The experiment results show that the flux of X-ray radiation increases near the edge of plasma during ICRH, and the temperature of suprathermal electrons is about 30 keV, the energy of ICRH is deposited in area near the edge of plasma in the HL-1M tokamak
