[en] More than 400 topside vertical electron concentration profiles scaled from Intercosmos-19 topside ionograms for a period of high solar activity and quiet geomagnetic conditions were parameterized on the basis of Epstein function approximation. The model coefficients were derived for three seasons (winter, summer, equinox) and two local time intervals (10-14 LT and 22-03 LT). The data are presented in the table in graphical form and can be regarded as the first approach to the creation of global topside vertical profile model. (author)
