[en] Full text: Seeds of ''Augune II'' were treated with 0.03% EI, 0.1% EMS, 0.05% NMH and 0.03% DMS. Self-fertile plants selected in M2 were further assessed in M3 and M4. Some selected lines had a seed production of 65 g/plant. One mutant had self-tripping flowers, another one was self-fertile and cleistogamous. Wide variation was also found in green and dry matter yield and in content of haemolytic saponins. (author)
