[en] To evaluate the effect of the dose per fraction in a radiotherapy schedule of 7 fractions per week and compare it with a conventional one of 5fr/w, 2Gy/fr, we use computer simulations methods taking into account the tumor proliferation. We have a significant increase of TCP with regard to the conventional schedule for 7 days per week programmes in which the dose per fraction is =1.7 Gy. (author)
