AbstractAbstract
[en] The effects of sintering time on the orthorhombic structure and positron lifetime parameter in YBa2Cu3O7-δ have been studied by XRD, SEM and the positron experiments. It is found that on the condition of 950 degree C/12-72 h, the positron experiment has good stability and reliability. This experiment indicates that the longer sintering time is needed to prepare Y-123 samples
