[en] A low-level high purity Ge detection system has been set up in basement room, where the cosmic exposure rate 2.34 squareR/h. A background reduction is achieved by using material selection that consist of double led shields and radon thoron suppression with polystyrene farm. The integrated count rate within the energy interval 180-2653 keV is 0.0559 n 0.0157 cps. The background in the energy range is reduced by factor of 20.53 and Cs-137 on the energy 661.66 keV with reduction factor of 46.45. Mixed gamma standard source in Marinelli beaker was used to calibrated the detector. The result shows that the efficiency of the detector is (2.406 n 0.01) x 10 exp.-3 cps/Bq and the lowest limit detection for Cs-137 is 0,263 Bq/kg for counting time of 17 hours
