[en] The review is devoted to the effect of the solids isotopic composition on their properties, namely, on the constant crystalline lattices, elastic properties, phonons and other crystalline excitations, on the electro- and thermal conductivity, on the electron structure of metals and semiconductors and on the phase transformations. The isotopic effects are small, as a rule, though there are also the opposite examples (quenching of the dielectrics and semiconductors thermal conductivity)
