[en] The analysis of the transition processes after switch on (switch off) of the ECR central heating is carried out. It is shown that on the one hand, the transport coefficients change thereby jump-like and on the other hand, there takes place the plasma ECR-heating. The mathematical model, including the transport coefficients jump along the whole plasma cross section, which adequately describes the above transition process, is proposed. The presented results of the experiments processing confirm the correctness of the formulated equations

Проведен анализ переходных процессов после включения (отключении) нецентрального ЭЦР-нагрева. Показано, что при этом, во-первых, скачкообразно изменяются транспортные коэффициенты, а во-вторых, происходит ЭЦР-нагрев плазмы. Предложена математическая модель, включающая скачок транспортных коэффициентов по всему сечению плазмы, которая адекватно описывает данный переходный процесс.
