AbstractAbstract
[en] We review a status on recent progress in hypernuclear physics, focusing on production of hypernuclear states with S = -1 and -2. Some theoretical topics in Λ and Σ spectroscopy by (π±, K+) and (K-, π±) reactions, and in double strangeness spectroscopy by Ξ- capture and (K-, K+) reactions are discussed. Future prospects for the study of hypernuclei at JHF (Japan Hadron Facility) are emphasized. (author)
