[en] The topic of this work is a close examination of the origin and development of anaemias as a side effect of chemotherapy and ray-treatment in patients with oncological diseases. It was found that these anaemias are no different than those, caused by an oncological disease itself, considering their clinical and laboratory test results. The presence of anaemia syndrome calls for regular examinations for therapy side-effects, aiming at restriction of its development
