[en] A method is presented for matching wedge field dose distributions on different treatment units, simplifying the transfer of patients between machines during machine failure or scheduled downtime and avoiding the need for a full re-plan in most cases. Differences in wedge field characteristics between machines are accounted for and differences in energy are easily accommodated
