[en] The quality requirements of quality system standard ISO9001:1994 are different from that of national nuclear safety code HAF003(91). The organizations in nuclear industry field are always puzzled by this problem. Nuclear power institute of china (NPIC) defined its quality system frame according to stricter requirements chosen from ISO9001 and HAF003. In the process of performing 18-months Fuel cycles analysis and verification project, NPIC had developed, implemented and perfected quality system, established and implemented specific quality assurance program, and taken a series of control and verification measures.
