AbstractAbstract
[en] The nucleus 165Ho was Coulomb excited using 16O, 20Ne and 40Ar beams from the Warsaw Cyclotron. A model-independent analysis using the GOSIA code yielded a set of 26 reduced E2 matrix elements and 12 M1 matrix elements coupling the 13 low-lying excited states. A quadrupole sum rules approach was used to determine the deformation of the states. A remarkable change of the quadrupole deformation in one of the γ-vibrational bands was found
