[en] The slow surface states have been investigated in wide-block pCdTe films at the boundary between the metal substrate (Mo) and the pCdTe film. It was shown that the spectra of slow surface states (τ≅10-2-1.6 s) are defined by chemical composition and structure of high-resistive fine-grained oxide layer formed during synthesis of the pCdTe films on the surface of metal substrate (Mo).
