AbstractAbstract
[en] In addition to strictly enforcing internationally accepted and regularly reviewed safety rules as well as ensuring the smooth operation of their international nuclear transportation, COGEMA LOGISTICS and industrial partners involved in the international transportation of nuclear materials wish to increase the general understanding of these operations. COGEMA LOGISTICS, as well as its partners and customers, has been listening around the world to understand local concerns and has discussed and explained aspects of nuclear transportation with governments' Officials, Representatives of regional organisations, associations members and media representatives. COGEMA LOGISTICS will keep making every effort to inform whoever must be on our transport operations. We consider that we have a responsibility to make the relevant information accessible and are continually assessing the most appropriate way to achieve this. Transparency remains the mainstay of our information policy. (author)
