[en] It is shown that the anisotropic properties of specially oriented films of YBa2Cu3)7 allow one to create a superconducting contact of two different HTSC. The experimental investigation of potentials arising in structures from such films under influence of laser radiation has shown their high thermo sensitivity. 12 refs
